Tradehome Shoes reached out to Porter & Company Builders directly to build their new Greensboro location at Friendly Shopping Center. The project meant demolishing two existing retail spaces down to vanilla shell, then building out a single, cohesive 4,500 SF store from the ground up.

Scope Summary: Contracted demolition of two existing spaces to vanilla shell, then built out a unified 4,500 SF retail space, including:
